so that was a joke.

my project 365. . . that turned out to be a total joke. i've been to "blah" to really keep up with it. maybe i'll attempt it again. i've really been to "blech" to do much of anything. i force myself to do housework, hell even to get out of bed. i might ask the dr about the possibility of being anemic. i know i've had low iron problems before. i just lack energy and enthusiam. i bet you i could sleep 20 hours a day and still be tired. or it could be depression. what's that SAD thing?? my aunt has some special happy winter time soap that she made to help with it, especially since winters are so long in canada.

a flesh wound

brandon has this odd thing about him. he cannot recieve a pocket knife without somehow getting cut by it. i bought him one about 7 years ago and he almost lost the end of his thumb. he had to get stitches through his thumb nail.
he got cut yesterday as he was trying to sharpen his knife that he got from his dad for christmas. he was going to go to the mount airy emergency department, but right as we got there, two ambulances pulled up. we were going to go to elkin, but by the time we reached the dobson exit it had started to heal.

to have friends who always seem to bail on you?

so brandon calls on the way home... "yeah, leaving in a minute"
i call about 15 minutes after we've got home to let them know that it's pretty much b.y.o.b. since we only have 2 left. that was about 2 hours ago. brandon got kinda worried so he called and they had fallen asleep. okay, at 8 pm.
if they don't want to come over, just say so. don't sit there and string us along. just be straight up. that way we don't waste our night waiting for you to show up.

completely out of ideas.

i am 19w5d pregnant. we found out that we're having a little girl. the thing that never gets mentioned is what we will be naming her. sure a few idea have came up, only for brandon to decide that he really doesn't like the name. a couple that he has mentioned are: alannis and dylan. it's kinda like we put all the naming effort and energy into brye's name that we're completely out of ideas.

tink, the cat.

my cat is the same colour as my couch. her name is tink. the poor little thing is cross-eyed.
brye is actually the one that found her. she was just barely weaned and was starving when she came through our yard. she has gotten alot bigger and has even became our "indoor" cat. she acts kinda weird. she will meow when she takes of running. i am surprised that she is still alive after brye shut her in a door. now to think about it, that might be why she is so odd. (she was cross-eyed from day one though) i have another cat, jager. he is the outdoor cat. i found him on the side of the road in a box about a year and a few months ago. i have a thing for rescuing cats. (who turn out to be odd) jager acts more like a dog than anything else. he also drools. well i guess it is off to bed tonight.
i must also figure out why tink wants into the laundry room so bad/
